I hear questions that I feel should be redirected internally, I don’t think it is for anyone to say how one may start to change. Change is the one true obstacle that plagues our lives. Fear is the root of why we ask questions and make excuses. Use your instinct.
Being able to see yourself in a rut is the best first step, if your unsure of yourself and what your have read, then it might be time to check in and ask you self the very question you are asking.
Overcoming fear in my opinion leads to a life of happiness.
“A commitment to change the world one choice at a time Seems pretty simple to me. If you could change the world for the better with one simple decision, what would it be? Somewhere in all of us there is a passionate thought toward a better world, take this simple thought and keep it simple. Recycle, sell your car, be a big brother, give yourself to the world simply or dramatically, it’s where you came from and it’s where you’ll end up. If you consistently deny and neglect what your walking on, where your food comes from or the liquid the sustains our existence, you are consistently causing self inflicted suffering in so many ways.
Our society is so angry that I’d like to offer unconditional love. It’s such a simple decision to make, and it’s proven to save lives. I’m not angry anymore because I have let go of attachments. When someone has cut me off on the road, I accept that they are in a hurry and when I get yelled at work I simply smile and move on. When someone is hurting in some shape or form it’s easier to let it out on a stranger, then a love one, that’s not to say it doesn’t happen. It seems like a lot of people are waiting for the chance to blow up, in sports, bars, on the road and in the home. There is a lot of hurting out there. Manage your life, heal your chakras, ignore society’s views and take care of you.
There are so many things I WANT to do… but don’t seem to have the option at the moment… I don’t like when I’m in a… rut I guess… There are so many things to do, so much to learn… but I guess what I’m saying is… there are no people in my life that I have constant contact with that keep my mind going on a more spiritual level… one, maybe two, but where can I find more sources of information… help me out here people.
We are indeed pieces of something greater and an organized focus could yield great results. We all strive towards happiness as the ultimate goal so we might as help each other.
Hi everyone, my name is Davinder and I am about to become free from all my major commitments that are currently pending. I see major opportunities in the world these days as I am sure you do too. I would like to use my time working with people who would like to make a positive influence in the people around us. As young professionals we need to use our skills togethor to fill any voids in our communities fabric. Perhaps a better transportations system, more efficient homes, beautiful landscapes, quality health care, support systems and much more. Creating a network of willing individuals who would share each others resources and vision would be beneficial to all.
I see all the time people looking for people who are more like them, they could go away on retreats, discuss business ideas, life, do some yoga and encourage each other to keep working towards their personal missions. Why would you wear a t-shirt that says Calvin Klein on it when you could wear a shirt that promotes your friends graphic design company?
I feel that Omandala is seeking individuals who understand that simple choices and cooperation can be very prosperous for our communities and ourselves.
Sounds like a very nice idea and concept. It leaves me curious however and I am left a bit in the dark as to how all of this benevolent philosophy can be implemented. I would appreciate more information as to the shape this is all meant to take.]]>
What else could people do to fix this situation? Pretty general question… but I think it’s a pretty good one.]]>
